About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Client Servicing / Account Management to manage end-to-end campaign execution, client relationships, cross-functional coordination, and timely delivery of campaign objectives. The ideal candidate will have relevant marketing or advertising industry experience, strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Campaign Execution • Manage the complete campaign lifecycle, from planning and brief understanding to execution and final delivery. • Break campaign requirements into actionable tasks and coordinate execution through community teams. • Ensure campaigns meet objectives, quality standards, and deadlines. Client Servicing & Account Management • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations, updates, deliverables, and timelines. • Build strong, long-term client relationships and support repeat business. • Address client queries and maintain client satisfaction throughout campaign execution. Cross-Functional Coordination • Coordinate with partnerships, community, platform, and CRM teams. • Ensure clear communication and alignment between internal teams. • Monitor progress and resolve dependencies affecting campaign delivery. Campaign & Execution Management • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, task completion, and quality. • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring consistency and operational efficiency. • Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards to monitor campaign progress. Problem-Solving & Escalation Management • Identify and resolve execution delays, operational gaps, and delivery challenges. • Handle client escalations and take timely corrective action. • Ensure smooth execution and keep campaigns on track. Must-Have Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in operations, campaign execution, client servicing, or account management, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry. • Strong project management and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Good to Have • Experience in influencer marketing, community marketing, or digital campaign management. • Previous experience in a startup or agency environment. • Familiarity with MS Excel, dashboards, campaign trackers, and project management tools.
