What we collect

From candidates: name, contact details, CV, work history, skills, salary expectations and notes from our calls. From employers and recruitment partners: company and contact details and what you send us.

Why we use it

To match candidates to suitable jobs, contact them about those jobs, and share their profile with an employer only after speaking with them. We do not sell personal data.

Where it comes from

From you, through this website, our portals or by phone; from recruitment partners who declare they have your permission; and from job portals on which you have made your profile available to recruiters, used within those portals' terms.

Calls and messages

We may record screening calls for quality and accuracy, and we tell you at the start of the call. We send job alerts by email or WhatsApp only if you agree, and every message lets you stop them.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner.

Your choices

Sign in to your account to download your data, update it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Security

Data is stored on secured servers, available only to our team members who need it for their work. Staff accounts can use two-step verification.
